- Choreographed dance - maximum length is 1 minute and 30 seconds. State your name, application type (new, renewal), fall 2023 Classification (freshman, sophomore, junior, senior), applicant number. each video submission must be done in one take, single camera. Do not edit or add any special effects to your videos

- 3 agility moves - nine(9) agility moves are available below, with breakdowns of proper execution. Please choose the 3 you can execute the best. Perfect execution is not required. please upload the best version of each selected move individually. you may also upload an additional flip, stunt, leap, kick, stunt combination, or trick for consideration. max 4 video submissions.
